These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Blank Space Store Limited. By placing an order through the our website, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by any Terms, in addition to the Site Terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms and the www.blankspacethestore.com Site Terms, you may not use our website.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All product prices on our website are given in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and are shown inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), however are exclusive of delivery costs.

Full payment must be received before your order can be accepted. We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa), and Afterpay. We use Shopify Payments as our secure payment gateway for processing credit cards. We do not record your credit card details and it is a trusted and secure gateway for online payment. All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by us and our bank to maintain security and prevent fraud.

AVAILABILITY

We have a physical store that shares the stock with online. There may be the rare occasion that an item is sold in store at the same time an order for the item online is being processed. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible with alternative product options, credit or a refund. If an item or specific size is out of stock, you can contact us to be notified via email when the item becomes available.

SPEND $300 & GET A $50 GIFT CARD (ENDED)

This limited-time promotion is valid during until the 5th of January unless extended. To qualify, you must spend a minimum of $300 in a single transaction on items with a full Recommended Retail Price (RRP). Discounted items, sale items, and purchases made with any other discount or promotion are not eligible. Upon meeting the minimum spend, you will receive a $50 gift card with a one-year expiry date. Gift cards can be used towards future any purchases on our website. This promotion is subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or modify this promotion in our sole discretion. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. We are not responsible for lost gift cards.

Please note gift cards or store credits cannot be used to purchase any orders with the promotion. Gift cards or store credits cannot be used to receive the $50 voucher. If you use a gift card or store credit, you will need to spend an additional $300 to qualify for the promotion.

All purchases made during our sale are final. We are unable to offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for any items purchased during this promotional period. Please double-check your cart and selected sizes before completing your purchase, as no changes can be made once an order is placed. Due to the high volume of orders expected during the sale, please anticipate potential shipping delays. While we strive to fulfill all orders promptly, there is a possibility of overselling. In such instances, we will notify you immediately. Please also note that any new stock added to our website during the sale period will be excluded from the 30% discount. This exclusion applies to all new arrivals listed during the sale.
